Code of Conduct

 

The Members of the OTF Association recognise and comply with the Swiss Federal Constitution,
the constitutional political separation of powers and the corresponding case law.

The OTF association dosn't violate articles 274, 275 or similar articles of the Penal Code with his activities.

 

The association has no members who have violated Article 94 of the Military Criminal Code (MStG).​

The president of the association works in the security sector and is Security Specialist with Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education
